Q, Do you disclose any of my information to outside parties?
A, NO absolutely not. No information is sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to outside parties.
As Health kinesiologist’s we are bound by a very strict code of ethics and confidentiality laws. None of your details will ever be shared with a third party* neither do they appear on your medical records.
*Public safety - If you are deemed to be terrorist threat, a threat to yourself, a child or member of the public. By law the local authorities must be informed.
Q, Where is my information stored?
A, All information is kept in under secure conditions and nothing is stored digitally.
Q, Can I gain access to my records?
A, Yes, your records are available on request and can be discussed and the notation explained at any point.
Please note a short appointment will need to be arraigned and there will be a variable fee depending on the extent of the records required to be discussed.

The Kinesiology Federation is a professional organization representing Kinesiologists, instructors, practitioners and students from all branches of kinesiology. The Kinesiology Federation’s vision is to have kinesiology viewed as a professional mainstream therapy that has the highest standards in training and practice.
HK-UK is affiliated with the Kinesiology Federation (KF) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). KF and FHT status ensures that registered practitioners must have reached a professional level of competence. All HK-UK teaching activities leading to the award of HK or FHT qualifications must satisfy their requirements.
Qualified HK practitioners must be members of either the KF or FHT, or be a member of Embody, all of which fulfill broadly equivalent functions in providing a regulatory framework and an interface with any relevant legislative infrastructure.
