Sleep Patterns
Sleep On It, You'll Know What To Do In The Morning.
Not Sleeping Soundly Is Your Body Signaling
That Something's Not Right On The Inside.
The phrase 'Body Clock' really is a thing. Each internal organ in our bodies has a higher active period throughout the 24 hour cycle.

For instance your Large intestine has its active time between 5am and 7am the most common trapped emotions associated with our large intestines are anxiety, confusion, low self-esteem, despair and lack of control.

An unbalanced large intestine can mean you wake around this time leading to sleep deprivation but also there maybe a background problem with weight gain.
As your metabolism may not be functioning efficiently or you maybe more inclined to comfort eating.
Waking between 3 and 5am is a sign that your are harbouring feelings of grief and rejection as your lungs become activated. This is common during times of turbulence or as relationships breakdown.
Leading to a cycle of self abuse, over working/thinking or adrenaline seeking activities then bouncing back to feelings of despair and withdrawing from the world until you feel energised enough to start this cycle all over again.

This is common when people who have experienced narcissistic abuse either in childhood or in unhealthy relationships. You may find yourself bouncing between being over praised "love bombed" by the person involved giving you the feelings of security you've been craving.
Making you feel energised, then being blamed and feeling attacked for the smallest detail, leading to feelings of confusion, insecurity, helplessness and defensiveness for not understanding why you got the reaction you did for no obvious reason and not knowing how to smooth things down again to enable the perpetrator to start the cycle of love bombing all over again.

Sleep Is Vital To Your Immune Response And Recovery.
If you get cravings around 11am then this is when your heart starts its most active cycle and it is possible you could be comfort eating to suppress feelings of abandonment, betrayal, vulnerability and the underlying feeling that you are not enough.
This could be one of the reasons we all snacked so much during the lockdowns, band-aiding our feeling of isolation and loneliness.

Waking up around 1am to 3am can be to do with your liver because you maybe suppressing emotions of guilt, anger, resentment, depression or feeling taken for granted.
There are many things our body is trying to tell us in our sleep pattern and daily routines and a recurring time is a brilliant indicator for things that are not functioning to their highest efficiency on the inside.

Addressing and releasing these trapped emotions from your body can free you from multiple symptoms improving your immune response and recovery as the energy it has taken to suppress them all these years is freed up allowing you to heal yourself in other areas, allowing you improvements throughout your entire energy system.
